For web design and redesign projects:

When you hire Best Light Communication to design or redesign your web site, you'll sign a contract that lists certain project approval milestones, to which your payments are tied. Typically, the milestones are as follows: 25% deposit upon approval of our proposal, 25% payment upon approval of the prototypes, 25% payment upon approval of the finalized home and inner page designs, and 25% payment upon approval of the completed web site. If you're dissatisfied with our working relationship at any point, for any reason, you can terminate your contract and you will not be obligated to pay the milestone payment in question. In other words:

•  If you don't approve our proposal (Milestone 1) you don't have to pay the deposit.

•  If you don't approve our prototypes (Milestone 2), not only do you not have to pay the second 25%, but we will also refund your deposit.

• If you don't approve the finalized home and inner page design (Milestone 3), you don't have to pay the third 25%.

•  If you don't approve the completed web site (Milestone 4), you don't have to pay the final 25%.

We want you to be happy with the work that we do for you. You only pay for work that you've approved.

If you sign up for a web site maintenance contract, you are entitled to a one month trial period: cancel your contract at any time within the first month, for any reason, and get a complete, no-hassle refund.
